Sir, even after confirming the settings with the customer care exec, i cannot connect my samsung s5233a using NOP.all my settings have been confirmed.i can surf smoothly using airtel live and vodafone live.please rectify my problem or give me a refund.

when i use the browser, a message window comes up saying 'no network available'.
