CONTINUOUS DEDUCTION OF BALANCE FROM AIRTEL PREPAID NUMBER 9810075084 INSPITE OF COMPLAINING NUMEROUS TIME

COMPLAINT AGAINST AIRTEL OF DEDUCTING BALANCE WITHOUT CONSENT AND AUTHORIZATION.

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to my previous complaints regarding my prepaid number 98100 75084 getting debited unnecessarily for un requested Value Added Services Provided by Airtel without my knowledge consent and authorization. I had received a mail from Ms Priyanka Raj (Nodal Officer) confirming that the complaint is being investigated and my acct bal that was debited has been credited back and confirming that this would not happen again. This was happening due to technical error at your end as confirmed by your Customer Service.

However I would like to inform that this has started happening again today 14th September from 1.00 pm (approx) till around 1.15 pm and within this period I have received around 15 msgs from your number 64611001 stating " Thank you for using prelisten option on Hello Tunes Manager. You have been charged Rs 1" My acct bal was Rs 100.29 and was brought down to Rs 85.29 after these charges which were charged without my consent or authorisation inspite of requesting your personnel repeititively not to charge my acct for all these services. I had also requested the same thing to Mr. Virender of your Customer Service who called me on Saturday afternoon at 15.05 hrs. His number is 9717894313. I am feel harassed and stressed out mentally due to these actions of yours. I have already spent considerable amount of money calling your customer service and being put on hold for 30 minutes to 45 minutes at times without any solution. Also I would like to point out one Mr Mohnish at your Sahara Mall Outlet (his number 9971888848) who was rude enough not to pick up my calls after giving his number to me and asking me to call up in case of any problem.

In view of the above circumstances and your inability to solve the problem of my acct getting charged for unauthorised and unrequested services, I am left with no other option but to approach the Consumer Court and initiate a Public Interest Litigation against AIRTEL. Also till now I have not been given an option by your AIRTEL Staff to meet any of your Senior Level Customer Service Personnel and get the problem solved. I beleive Airtel beleives in playing with Customer's money, time and effort that is why they want to remain elusive.
