Activation of cricket pack without request

Yesterday, I received an SMS thanking me for choosing Airtel Movie Gossips. Actually, in my entire life, I am not at all intersted and also I had never requested anyone for this nonsense pack. Then, I lodged a complaint to customer care executive by which today morning I received my refund of Rs. 30. But, just within some hours, I received an SMS which was thanking me for choosing Cricket pack. This time also, I had never ever requested for any such pack. But, till this time, 6.30pm, my amount of Rs.3/- has been stolen from my account unnecessarily sending me 3 SMS. CCE not reachable.

Is there anyone to stop this theft?
