Sms Offer erro

I normally use the 33rs sms pack offer which gives me 300 sms per day for 10 days. For the past one week i've been charged after the second day from my recharge. It is very frustrating because i already filed a complaint on 7th of this month (sep) and they told me on 10th that it had been resolved. But the problem continues and my sms are being charged. I request airtel to do the required at the earliest. My number is 9686588150.
