Airtel
No valid contact email

I tried to contact airtel through the email address given by them care.ncr@airtel.in but they are not receiving emails and they just bounce. This is violating all TRAI norms, as also illegal otherwise. Please advice me where to write regarding this. Also all telecom companies are violating even basic norms like having complicated bill formats to try to confuse subscribers. And Airtel is still the best telephone internet provider in India. India sucks, What is the govt, regulator TRAI doing???
