Post paid Connection

Sir,

Its been completely 1 month since I submitted an application (17-08-09) for converting from Prepaid to Post paid connection, nothing has been done yet. I dont know what is happening, I have submitted the initial money, all documents, photographs and everything. I was told that it will probably take a week and its been a month now and its not activated. I havent re-charged my phone for so long hoping soon it will be converted to post paid, thank fully I had alternative number or else.

The guy who came to me to collect the details is completely stoical, it seems he doesnt care whether deals go ahead or not. Everytime, I call your office or mail, nobody gives definite answer. I dont know whom to complain either.

Such a delayed service is really a matter of shame!
