Hike in daily deduction

I am using Airtel Friends card from 3-4 years for which daily deduction was 50 paise only. But now they have increased their rates of daily deduction to 1 Rs/- per day. I am unable to understand that in todays cut throat competition of phone companies when other companies are reducing their cost then why this company has increased their rates? Why TRAI is not taking any action on company?
