Dear Sir / Madam

Thish is Gaurav Lanke i m using ur Service form last more than 3 years i was getting so many service SMS in any time there is no time at all yesterday i got sms 12.00 mid night. So i called ur helpline (121) and Ms Deepa then 2) Sada was theire (19/09 = 4.00 pm) I was requsting them but they was disconnected the call. So i just want to know why they have disconnected the call? i want to listen same
