Airtel mobile chat and wap

Hi,

this is to complian that my airtel number 9902580315 i am using this number from past five years may be. from one year simply the currency is deducted and i dont use the wap service. without reason if they deduct this wont be good.and about mobile chat simply unknown people will call to my cell and it makes me irritated. please look into the matter and deactivate the mobile chat and wap service. or i have to go the consumer court.
