Real bad customer support

I have cancelled my mobile for which the number is 9845714131 on October 27, but still I am getting bills. Last month I got call from your customer care and informed them the same. However, this month also I have got the bill, I don't understand why customer care is not acting on this, I regret to say that the customer care in Airtel is really bad. I am Airtel costumer since 2002 and this is something I am really not happy with.

I paid the total amount on October 27 and requested for cancellation of the post paid number 9845714131 of Rs 1213.71. Please do the needful in cancelling the number 9845714131 and don't send any more bills.
