Persuasion to accept clip charges

This in regards to the TRAI mandate that the phone service provider i.e, (airtel) cant continue to charge the clip charges without the consent of the consumer and its not a mandate for them to get this charged from a consumer,

everyday i get 2-3 messages to accept the clip charges and this is frustrating
