Locking my running sim

My name is vikas i buy a new airtel connection 2 month before and i submit my document at airtel office after 15 days. now i am using my no 9589186556 without any problem. But on 23 sept i got a warning on my cell is that ur "sim card resistration fail ". i want to mention that just before two hour before blocking my sim i recharge with 50rs 25rs. now no network is coming on my cell so i can't able to talk custmer care even. This is totally cheating.
