Sir/Mam,
My name is Tushar Singh and my no.is 9890081090... I have purchased this lifetime prepaid number on 18th july, submitted all my documents and have use it for 2months till 18th of this month.. but suddenly my balance got zero, and after recharging it two times of 30rs each then balance in mobile is showing zero.. neither i am able to receive any calls nor do any calls... whoso ever is dialing my number they hear that this number is switched off or out of coverage area... my no.is also not getting recharge and as i am getting a message while dialing *123# that your balance is zero and this service expires on 13th july 09...
Sir how this could be possible?? i have purchsed sim on 18th july and message reveals that service has already expired..i have lodged my complain too 4days before but nothing has been done in this regard... My request no. is 2092047336500..
And i am very sorry to say that from last 5days i have been talking to 3 or 4 customer care executives of airtel but each and every one disconnects the line after hearing the whole problem... every now and then how many times i will reveal the whole matter... i am really fed up with all these things..
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible...
