Starting Cricket pack without request

Respected Sir/Madam, I am Airtel Prepaid Customer since more than a year (09730928248). on 13 Sep 09, I received an SMS interestingly thanking me for choosing Airtel Movie Gossip and simultaneously, an amount of Rs. 30/- was deducted from balance. I lodged a complaint to customer care and I got my rerfund very next day on 14 Sep 09. But, within some hours, I was shocked reading an SMS this time thanking me for choosing Cricket pack and this network started deducting an amount of Re 1/- per SMS sending me cricket scores unnecessarily without my request. I tried to contact Customer care. But, this time smartly, they have stopped my facility to contact customer care. Till today, an amount of Rs. 13/- has been stolen this way from my prepaid balance and God knows how much more I'll have to suffer and I can't even make a complaint to anyone. Is there any solution to stop this theft?
