My no.always found out of range or not reachable

Dear sir/mam

I am using yours airtel prepaid sim from last 5 years, i am satisfied with yours service but last few months i am lot suffer from my no.(09890544867) is always found out of range or not reachable or directly disconnected because of this i loss my connectivity with my concern people and also loss of opportunity related to my works. and costumer care executive is also not connect. pls check it as soon as possible and giving me the result.
