Improper Service

I am availing Airtel Prepaid service from past 8 months. Every month I face many sort of problems. Now from past 1 week, I'm unable to make any calls in a single shot. Also if some one tries to call me I'm unreachable or swtched off. I am calling the customer care fellows every day and they assure me that its a temporary problem and within 4 hours every thing will be allright. But still no action has been taken. Now whenever I call them, the bell rings and the call gets disconnected. The supervisor is also not picking up the phone. Some thing needs to be done against them as they are simply cheating the customers and nothing else.
