This is to inform u that today on 29sep09 i have call customer for my billing discrepancies and talk to floor manager there. He was not at all listening to the problem and was also asking unnecessary question. I have recording of my conversation with him. i want u to resolve my problem. other wise i have to take strick action against this.i will told u the full details of my conversation once u call me.
