Non sending of sms

I converted my post plan to prepaid plan on 18/9/9, sending of sms is not working in this plan, i have checked the mobile, i have lodged three complaints ref no. 924586576 talked with Sh Rajesh Srivastava, next complain no. 586476 talked with Ms Puja, next complaint lodged on 28/9/9 ref no. 666400 talked with Mr. Ravinder, till date no solution is found.
