Deduction of amount in the balance

I took airtel sim for life time and recharged it with Rs. 1, 500/-.

know they are cutting/ deducting the amount from the balance without any proper reason by sending a message " thanks for using the airtel service".

when i asked this problem to the airtel person. They said that "it is common. if u don't want to waste the money u just throw the sim. it is not my problem".

what shall i do know

i can switch on to other network

my all friends are switching on to other good network
