Disconnection of roaming facility without intimation

I am using airtel postpaid service no. 9989166560.

My roaming facility was in place since beginning. But it was twice withdrawn without intimation and causing inconvenience and hardship. Total disconnected when landed in new place - Bangalore.

data base with Air tel is incorrect. bill address is wrong. Must improve.
