Non reactivation of 9878013601 while in safe custody

I had put my mobile number 9878013601 in safe custody through your dealer Gee Gee Telecom, 5704, the mall, bhatinda, punjab. on 26th september 09 submitted an application for reactivating my a/m mobile however inspite numerous calls to the a/m dealer no action taken till date. as of 05 oct 1230 hrs the dealer has not submitted my request to airtel mohali as intimated by your 121 service. when tried comunicating woyh above dealer the staff rajini, she took the 1st call there after didn't attend to my calls from the same number.
