Internet Data Card Not Working

Dear Sir,
I have Airtel Data card Which is not working from last two months. I sent 12 remindres to Airtel Care & also visited gallery at Borivali - W, Mumbai but there is no response & they keep delaying by giving new new excuses.
I kindly request you to take my complaint in your consideration & solve my problem.
