Giving best schemes to limited numbers

Airtel provide the best schemes to limited Numbers. My friend always get the best schemes. He uses 10 paise/sms without any monthly deduction 40 paise/min A2A n 60 paise/min with others. I dont get a single msg of such schemes from Airtel. I think you must not be partial to particular numbers. Kindly provide me the same scheme as early as possible No-9860258441... Plzz see to it...
