Subject: Cancellation of telephone connection

This is regarding cancellation of telephone line 0124-4032832. I am highly astonished to see that various conversations with your Customer care Executives (latest by Ms Sonia & Ms Vandana) and various requests (latest Request no.192759) for cancellation of my telephone line which were made in the past 2 months did not yield any results and in fact did not elicit even a response. This, you surely would understand is affecting my daily working

Highly disappointed, I hereby say that I would not be able to pay further bills.

We would appreciate if this problem is solved immediately.
