Dont Return excess payments for 35 days

This is Naidu, I am an Airtel subscriber bearing Phone No as 9866XXXXXX. I recently paid my bill using the credit card payment facility provided through Airtel site 485.87 Rs. Due to some issue with the payment gateway of Airtel they made me pay the amount twice. And when i request for refund of payment, they say it would take 35 days to refund it. So it would be adjusted in future bill. And enjoy the interest for 35 days. All other payment sites return the amount in 2 -3 days max. This is out rate looting the customer money and enjoy the interest on that money.

If we don't pay bills they lieu late charges why don't they pay interest for our money as well. Hope by this mail you will be aware of this bad practice and looting by Airtel.
