Illegal deactivation

I recharged on 24.09.09 my 9896000030 Haryana prepaid mobile to call lowering tariff for Rs105 with 6 months' validity but the Co.introduced next day another alike scheme of Rs60 only for 0ne year validity and Rs30 credit in account and duped me by such scheme and no validity of such schemes are given and the AirTel is habitual of doing this to extort the customers always, and deactivated on 05.10.09 which was vakid till 23.03.2010!

On complaint I was stunned to note that the Co. said that the same was deactivated because I had recharged for Rs.10 on 03.10.09 to lower STD rates which is false and illegal as I have no logic to recgharge such a small amount and have other mobile Nos.(DoCoMo 9034870789 on 1p/per sec pulse and of Rel.9541399200 of 0/50p for anything).

The Co. has still not refunded my Rs105 and also not responded.

Please take stern action as they are earning by befooling people.
