Deduction of balance

My no. is 9993528582. i activated missed call alert service on my no.by airtel message service. When i sent message to 121 i received a message that 'sorry this service could not activated this time please try after some time' so i sent message again. and again i received this message after messaging many times i received a message from airtel that service is activated on your no. when i checked my balance my balance reduced from 47 to 2 Rs. when i contacted to customer care they said that 'service had activated many times on your no. so we can't back your balance.
