Unwanted SMS

I am constantly gettign unwanted SMS from airtel and its fellow advertisers.despite of continous mails alongwith the details of the sms being sent to airtel nothing has happened untill now.

I am already registered with Do-Not-Call-Registry in the year 2007 but still there is no action being taken by airtel in this regard. Everytime they are giving fake promises.

I request you to please take strict action against AIRTEL in this regard which keeps annoying the subscribers with all those unwanted ads as SMS'es despite that the subscriber is already registered in DND registry.
