Landline dead

My landline number, 0180-4007366 and 0180-4007367, both are not working from past 1 month. i have been constantly complaining to the customer care but all in vain. this is the first time i am facing problem with airtel and i thimk this is all because airtel have started outsourcing their work, hiring companies to attend to complains. these companies are worse then BSNL, their employees will come but they do not know nething, they even demanded bribe for doin work.

this is a serious problem and i think airtel people shud c to it soon or else people will start shifting to BSNL. they have a much better service now.
