Sim card not activated after 5 days

After paying the rental Amount for new connection we are facing a problem ie., Sim card not activated, Since it has been 5th day. As the Sales Person "RAJESH PAL" having Mobile No. 9920602404 having Marketing Agent code MMAT022-02077 does not respont to any of our calls. Kindly look into this matter as early as possible. Awaiting your reply at the earliest.
