Not able to receive International SMS

I could not able to receive international SMS for the past 2 months despite continious complaints made to Airtel.

Their customer service is poor that they are repeating the same answer, who ever it may be, everytime. Even i asked for a fax number so that i can send a written complaint. Alas! they dont have a fax number.
