Undue deduction

This is with ref to my below mail I am very sorry to mentioned here but I can not expect this type of negligence for any customer grievances from any telecoms service.

Even after my regular complaints (mail) I could not got rid of your stupid promotional calls and undue deduction without any reason. I found this very ridiculous and hence helplessly I have been forced to forward this mail to consumer forum which I had previously warned you.
