Deduction from my balance

I am a user of Airtel Mobile service with Mobile No. 9908816832. frequently i am receiving messages that enjoy download games with http//gclub and deducting amount from my available balance.

Before this I lodged 2 compalaints and thought that it may be stopped. Today i received a call from Airtel custer service and they inform me that in future it will not happened. But today at 3.30 afternoon again it happened and they deducted Rs.20 from my balance. Due to which i am feeling very uncomfort and planing to change my mobile service from Airtel to any other Mobile service because I can not afford this much loss.

Kindly take personal interest and take necessary step to stop this type of deduction and inform me otherwise there is no way to change my mobile sevice.
