Can not send SMS for last 3-4 months

I can not send SMS from my airtel postpaid no. 9954114568. The problem originated 3-4 months back when I migrated from prepaid to postpaid. I am complaining since then for several times, but no result. I contacted customer service centres also, but even they could not solve my problem. The respective complaint no.s are 28244358, 28165092, 28054840, 28043428, 28032674, 28018589, 27954788, 27933162, Please arrange to solve my problem and compensate me for my loss arising out of the bad service.
