Wrong biilling followed by withdrawal of services within the period of advance rental plan

I have always opted for advance rental plan of AIrtel. Everything was fine till Nov'08, when Airtel stopped sending monthly.bills. After long persuasion, they started sending the bill but with lot of additional charges levied e.g. late fee, itemization charge, etc. Till Oct'08, no charges were levied on account of itemization, i.e details of calls made. Also, this charge is not included in the bill of any other services like Vodafone & Idea, used by me. Customer care executives give contact no. of Nodal officer but on calling the said no. it is found to be switched of always. I sent mails to several Nodal officers of Airtel but no response has yet been received. Now, when I refused to pay extra amount, my services have been withdrewn without intimation, which is rediculous.
