Unable to deactivate services

Respected Sir/mam

My number is 9975232608. I am trying to deactivate comedy junction by messaging Stop to 121.. All works fine but at the final stage when i am confirming the deletion i am unable to send the message.. It says network problem.. How is it that I am able to send other messages at the same place .. and i ain't only this ones
