Without any reason airtel subscribe me in fusion lounge

Sir/madam

i have airtel sim my mobile no is 9636838171 following problem i m facing for the last one year

1) i m recieving message in every week that

Your Subscription for Fusion Lounge will get renew in next two days, to unsubscribe goto (http://203.200.118.92/airn/subs/unsb.aspx) and after 2days it will charged. And this link is also not open.

2) whenever i try to talk with customer care executive they are talking like i have done some crime, instead of my problem they are rising another problem. And after that also i haven't get solution of problems.
