Charges for landline

Dear sir i am using airtel prepade mobile since from 10 months. Now airtel has reduced the call chaerges for local land line numbers in karnataka to 1 Rs. But till now i did not get that service to my mobile.i had called to call center about 5 time but therte was no use. Can you help me. My mobile no is 91-9972261127
