Harassment by Advocates

I am Vaibhav workin with IBM India. I had a connection with Airtel. It expired in June as I did not paid the bill because of problems with the bill. In October a person named A K Sharma called me and said "I am calling you from TIS Hazari court". The bill due was 5254 rs. He said that ok we make an out of court settelment and you pay rs 4000 and then there will be no connection of yours with the number.

I paid it. Asking fir NOC he said that you will receive NOC later when the case will be setteled.

After few days his phone went switched off and now it says to check the dialed number.

Today I received a call from some other lawyer stating that I have to pay the remaining 1254 rs. He says as I have no written document in this regards I have to pay.

I surely beleive now something fishy.

Can we do some thing regarding this.
