Unnecessary balance deduction

My balance is deducted without any reason and when i complained 2 customer care i was told that u'l get refund within 48 hrs but i did not get any refund and my balance is still getting deducted 5 rupees per day since 7 days.i would like you 21 look into dis matter and do the needful.
