Egarding balance cutting unintimated

I, Dr. Pavan kumar, have been using my airtel numbered 99499309277 since last 3yrs and it was surprising to see a message in my inbox today stating "thank u for choosing comedy junction service and u ve been charged Rs.15 for 30 days". The funniest aspect of this whole process was that i ve never activated any such services. and they have already cut Rs.15 as a part of the charged fee. and when i try to call the customer care to find out, the only reply i have been getting is this that for time being they could not put me through to customer care executive. and this was limits. This has made me left with no choice other than putting it up here for necessary action..
