Deduction of money for unsubscribed services

I, Dr. Pavan kumar.k, R/o Plot no a-8, south end park, hyderabad, having mobile no 9949309277, i have been using this number for the last 3 years]. today i received a message stating that "thank you for choosing comedy junction service. you have been charged Rs.15 for 30 days subscription". the funniest part of this whole process is that i have not activated any of such services. I have called customer care to find out how this has happend and the only reply i was not able to speak to any customer care executive and this was limits. i expect the concerned authorities to look into it and respond in a proper manner.
