Deducting amount regularly from cellphone without any reason

Sir,

I am a customer of Airtel Mobile phone service and my number is 9831631506. But since few months often (daily two/three times) I am receiving messages from Airtel that a sum of 30 paise is being deducted for last call / SMS, although I do not know about this call/SMS.

Please note that I do not have any other facility for which they can deduct amount and also I never use internet etc. Except me nobody uses my phone.

I talked over phone with the Airtel Customer Care regarding this, but their reply is not satisfactory. Sometimes they tranfer the line to the higher authority, where always music goes on for a long time and ultimately cuts the line.

I request you to kindly do the needful and take necessary action against AIRTEL so that this type of incident will not happen in future.
