Regarding Postpaid bill payment

Hi,

My mobile # 9000921567, and working as Member Technical Staff in HCL Technologies, Hyderabad.

Iam transfered from Chennal in February. I was using 9003011919 postpaid number.

I could not pay the last month bill due to the transfer, and job pressure.

The outstanding amount is Rs. 1000-00.

In this regards, I have been receiving calls from 911724305952 for due amount payment.

I will pay the due amount and requested him to send the pay details in email containing information about to whom I have to pay the amount for person's authenticity.

He is refusing to send those details in email, and the agent is not communicating in decent manner and harassing me.

I request to transfer this issue to Hyderabad, so that I can speak to the local Airtel excutive in settling this issue by paying my amount.

Please assist in this regards and appreciate immediate response.
