I did an EasyRecharge for a sum of MRP Rs. 333 towards Airtel Prepaid number 9791592990 (Tamil Nadu Circle).

Talktime Credited: Rs. 171.08.

There is no reason from Airtel why there has been such huge deduction in the talktime from MRP. There are no additional value added services provided for the amount deducted.

Lodged complaint with Airtel three times, but there is no valid response from the Customer Care.

Reply from the Customer Care of Airtel was "Rs. 333 is not a valid recharge denomination. So whatever talktime amount credited is upto Airtel's discretion and cannot be reasoned out at any cause"

If the recharge amount is not valid, Airtel shall reject the attempt to do so. There is no point in swindling the customer money.
