Cancellation and verification of telephone no.0120-4127417

Dear sir

This is regarding cancellation of telephone number 0120-4127417, account no. 12735061. i am very dissappointed with the company's action and functioning. There are many reasons for which i wanted to dissconnect my telephone connection:

1. On 6/12 i had returned my dsl modem and had asked the executive to dissconnect my internet, my coustomer premises equipment return note no. is 6013, and the bill from the period 5/12- 04/01 charged the whole months charges from me.

2. on 10/01 i had given a written application in airtel office, i even got it recieved from it's executive and got it stamped by him. Irrespective of my countinous request to cancel my connection no action has been taken.

3. as i was ill and was in hospital there was no one at home who could have used the phone, but in the bill 544 pulses of vas usage has been added and i have been heavely charged and when i repeatedly asked the executives to give me detail about the account or dissconnect my phone line, no action has been taken from airtel.

Highly disappointed, I hereby say that I would not be able to pay further bills.

We would appreciate if this problem is solved immediately.
