Deducting extra rupees from prepaid balance

Hello,

my mobile no. is 9898257005. I am using Airtel Prepaid connection. Is not activating any schemes except hello tunes n lower calling rates. But Airtel is deducting Rs.0.30 anytime in a day more than 20times from last 8 days. I s gone to Customer layout which is situated at paldi but they are not able to solve my problem. I gv written complaint over there. their staff told me that you got the complaint number via sms but still i didnt get it nor my problem was solved. plz as soon as look after it.
