SIM Un Block Problem

My name is N. Venkata Ravindra Reddy.

I'll lost my cell Phone with No. 9704447706, on 27.09.09. I contact with AIRTEL Customer care centre, Hyderabad and Block that SIM. They Blocked. But, I'll purchase another SIM with the sme no. i.e., 9704447706 from SIRI communications (AIRTEL Distributor) Balaji Complex, Kadapa on 13 or 14th of October. All types of proofs and signatures of me are submittd at the time of purchasing the SIM. That sim was activated and receiving incoming calls, but Out going calls are not working. It shows an error i.e., outgoing call barred, then Network fail. I contact with AIRTEL customer care for unblock th SIM, they reply to me this sim activate with in two days. But SIM was not working for out going calls from the time of Activation. They are not responding to activate for outgoing calls from the Mobile No. 9704447706. Please take necessary action for activating the SIM from AIRTEL.
