SIR,

I was topup my mobile no 9944514379 on 1.11.2009 around 8.30pm for rs. 300/- but the amount credited for only rs. 25/- only. i was shocked and ask the retailer he didn't responded well. i complaint to the customer care no he also didn't care for it. he also not responded well. what was happened to my money? you please advise your retailer not to cheat others. your customer care officers were not eager to receive my complaint. please verify into my mobile no whether the amount was credited or not.
