Sim card not delivered

I applied for a new airtel prepaid sim of airtel on 17october against payment of Rs. 100 through one Malik Misba Dish Net Darhal Malkan, district Rajouri, State Jammu and Kashmir, pin code 185135.the mobile No. likely to be issued is 9906251833 but till now the sim has not been delivered .and when i enquired about the matter he refused to take the resp n hold company responsible for this delay.hoping for an early redressal
